Legal Review: Review of depositions, trial testimony, witness statements, medical and police reports, etc. Analysis of bite(s), scratch(es) and other wounds. Oral or written report on above findings. Behavioral Evaluation: Examination of potentially/dangerous animal(s) in holding area or client’s home. Total travel time tri-state area (1- 2 hrs.) Above includes written report on evaluation findings and phone conference with lawyer(s) Evaluation fee for unusual cases, or out of town/state will be determined by circumstances. Court testimony: Tri-State area --- 1/2 day (up to 3 hrs. court time ) (1 hr. travel time) Tri-State area --- full day (up to 8 hrs) (includes travel time) Out of Area or State: Travel & hotel accommodations are responsibility of client We recommend a team of at least two Certified Applied Animal Behaviorists when the attack(s) from animal(s) caused severe or fatal results. Please advise clients that when possible, fees are due and payable the day of service. Situations and circumstances may alter the above. |
